I would like to host experiences. How can I apply?

I don't have my own studio. Is a studio necessary to host experiences?

A studio is a plus, but we are also fans of outdoor solutions or rented locations. The most important thing for us is that we offer the participants inspiring art and craft experiences and we believe that Mallorca offers a lot of great locations for that. Inside as well as outside.

Do I need to speak English in order to teach?

In order to reach a wide range of international participants, dada-days' main language of use is English. That doesn’t mean you have to speak fluently! The big advantage of an art experience is that participants understand by observing you. So don’t be shy! Once dada-days gets bigger, we also want to add experiences in different languages, so more artisans can share in their mother tongue.

I don't live on Mallorca, but I would like to come and host experiences.

What are the requirements to teach?

Be nice, welcoming, openminded, motivated and show us your world. You don’t need certifications, studies or years of experiences to teach. For us it is more important that you create a fun and welcoming atmosphere than explaining everything in detail.

How does the pricing model work?

We want you to be happy with the experiences you offer with dada-days. This is why we decided that the artists should determine the price of admission to their own experiences. dada-days adds its commission on top in order to give the best marketing and support possible.

Can we book an experience just for our group?

Yes. If nobody has booked a session yet, you can book it exclusively for your group for 40€ extra per booking – not per person. The first booking needs at least the experience’s minimum number of participants (usually 4), up to its maximum.

Once a session has reached its minimum, others can join from one person and it can no longer be booked exclusively. In the calendar, a blue ring marks a free date and a filled blue dot marks a group you can join.

Can I book a single place on my own?

Yes – as soon as a session has reached its minimum number of participants. If an experience needs at least 4 people, single places open up once 4 participants have booked. From then on you can join from one person until the session is full.

Sessions you can join are marked with filled blue dots in the calendar. A free date marked with a blue ring needs a first booking that meets the minimum.

Can the experience take place at our finca, hotel or holiday home?

Yes, for experiences that offer it. Choose “At your place” when you book and our artist comes to your location in Mallorca for 80€ extra per booking.

A finca booking is always exclusive, so the exclusive group option is included at no extra cost. Like any exclusive booking, it needs at least 4 participants and is only available for dates nobody has booked yet.

Planning something special or looking for a tailor-made experience?

I could't find an experience that fits into my holiday program on Mallorca. What do I do?

We are trying our best to come up with more experiences soon. Meanwhile, feel free to contact us directly and tell us what you want to learn and with how many people. We are sure we can arrange something special for you. Our E-Mail address is: [email protected]

Where do the experiences take place?

Most of our experiences take place at the artist's studio itself. We will send you the exact address once you book the experience in order to take care of the artists’ privacy.

When will my experience booking be confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once you have completed the payment process. For regular experiences, this booking can be made directly via our website under each specific experience page. For private bookings, we will personally send you an invoice link after we have discussed the experience details. We would like to highlight that experience inquiries via e-mail or phone call do not finalize or confirm your booking. Neither does filling out our Google Form for requesting a private booking. Only once you have received a confirmation e-mail your spot in a regular or private experience is guaranteed.

Do you accept kids?

Yes, we love having kids at the studio! Depending on the age, some experiences might be a better fit than others. On our website, you can find our artists’ minimum age recommendation in the bullet points at the bottom of each experience profile.

I have to cancel my course. What are the regulations?

If you cancel a booking 7 days before the planned start of the course via phone or e-mail ([email protected]) dada-days will give you a full refund. If you cancel a booking less than 7 days before the planned start of the course or if you don’t show up at the course, the booking will be treated as a completed booking for purpose of payment.
